Refund Policy

At Good Skin RSA, we want you to love your skincare. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email us at goodskinrsa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goodskinrsa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item, please start a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary. If you still have concerns, contact us at goodskinrsa@gmail.com.
